All sales are final. No refund or returns are accepted. However, if the item received has significant factory defects, it can be exchanged within 48 hours of the shipment being received. To initiate this process, customers must use our contact form or email us at hello@bearbearstudios.com within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning merchandise for exchange.
